Christopher Bartlett grew up in Western Massachusetts. He has been working in audiology at several facilities here in Massachusetts since 2007. When Chris was in his twenties he worked with seniors as a hospice aide and discovered that he enjoyed helping and taking care of people. Chris has been a musician in the area since the 80's, and one day in 2007 he thought that his recording studio knowledge and his experience with seniors would make him a great hearing instrument specialist.

It was an excellent experience going to HearingLife to find out what their hearing aids could do to help me hear better. Chris Bartlett really knew his product and after I explained what my needs were he was able to tell me how the hearing aids could help. There was no pressure and he invited me to call or visit with questions. After checking out 2 more businesses I called him and made an appointment for a hearing. At the appointment he tested my hearing and showed me the hearing aids that would be the best for me. Chris actually ordered the pair he thought would be best for me and then showed me how to use them. So I went home with new hearing aids! Then we made an appointment for the following week to see how they were working. I've been wearing them for a few days and love them!

My immediate needs were most adequately addressed by Chris, a new person in place, after being served most professionally for over 7 years by Walter Nowack, suddenly gone; with no advance notice to this patient re follow up etc..The lack of a permanent receptionist does not bode well for the health, client growth or sustainability of the manager in charge..IMHO.

My father had a transformative experience here with Mr. Bartlett. He has been resisting wearing hearing aids for the past ten years but Mr. Bartlett, the specialist working with my father was patient and did not try to oversell, thus winning my father's trust. The latest technology available here also to care of the issues my father had and he's now actually using the hearing aids. I highly recommend this place.
