Connie Davis found her passion for helping people hear better by working as a Patient Care Coordinator. She became licensed in VA as a hearing instrument specialist in 2020.

Connie aims to improve the lives of her customers and their families with better hearing. Connie can personally relate to her customers through her own journey of hearing loss, and she uses hearing aids to help herself hear better. Connie’s favorite part of the job is seeing her customers’ faces light up when they can hear their loved ones again.

Outside of work, Connie enjoys reading a really good book, and spending time with her husband, their 5 children and 4 grandchildren.

Doctor Morris is exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, and kind. She is personally invested in her patients and their well-being.

My mother is 85 years and was struggling to adjust to her hearing aids. Her hearing aids were making a terrible buzzing sound. Without her hearing aid, my mother was feeling lost and socially disengaged.

Dr. Morris was on the phone with the manufacturers for more than 90 minutes to figure out the problem, trouble shoot and ultimately fix the hearing aids. Then, she came home with the hearing aids after work!!! Who does that these days? Only those who genuinely care, have compassion for their clients and see people as people. We cannot thank her enough. She and her whole team are a rare group of people.

I had a great appointment to get my hearing checked at this office! Dr. Morris was very knowledgeable, professional, and was exceptional at answering all of my questions. The rest of the staff were very friendly and I thought the office had a lovely, welcoming atmosphere. They were even able to get me fitted same day for protective ear wear. The experience overall was easy and enlightening. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for assistance with their hearing.
