I have had a good experience so far. Everyone I have spoken to, in person or phone, have been very nice and accommodating. Office is very clean and inviting. Looking forward to getting my aids.

2/14/25 Edited to add: I received my hearing aids this week and am very pleased so far!
Dima took time to help fit them and explain how they work with the app. Wearing them is new to me, and she took time to give me details of what I might experience as a new wearer, and tips and tricks to enhance how they will help me in different environments.

And a shoutout to LaToya (I hope I spelled that right) for being so kind and extremely patient with me as we worked through insurance and purchasing details.

Fantastic service, and will be recommending this office to my friends & family!

This is the best place to go to when you want the best and fastest service…best hearing aid and best approach for that…Dr. Dima is so professional, very nice and very patient meeting you the first time for the hearing test and to give you the different choices…then you try whatever you choose for a week or so then they give you another hearing aid considering all your comments about the first one and take your ears impression for the permanent hearing aid while you are still on the second aid and also in the last appointment she gets your comments and adjust the permanent hearing aid to your best😍😍😍 throughout this journey Ms.Dima and everyone in the office are very organised and helpful. I recommend them to you all who has hearing loss issues because for real they are the BEST!

Dima was so welcoming when I first arrived. She was so positive in her approach and reassuring to me. Because she herself had suffered a hearing loss, she exhibited such compassion throughout my visit. She explained the difference in my recent audiology test compared with last year's. And with my current hearing aids approaching five years old, She informed me of the latest technology if I’d choose to upgrade. She checked my insurance benefit as well as other available discounts to help with my decision.
