I have been going to Hearing Life of Savannah for a little over a year. I had a great audiologist/hearing aid provider where I used to live and was very concerned I would not find that type of service and expertise again. I called a number of places and Hearing Life stood out right away. Keasha called me right back from my message and answered all of my questions. She worked with me to find the most convenient time for me to come in. Over the year she has helped me with so many things like prioritizing two service requests for me even though I didn't buy the hearing aids there. The Audiologist Christy was so knowledgable and pleasant. She really took the time to review my previous tests and discuss my hearing loss. When it came time to do my annual hearing test I worked with their second audiologist, Shannon. She spent a lot of time looking at the most recent results compared with my last two tests. She pointed out some things that she noticed on the test and we discussed them in detail. I asked a lot of questions and she patiently explained everything to me in language I could understand. Technology changes quickly in the hearing aid industry and I spent 6 months working with Hearing Life to figure out if a new pair of hearing aids could provide me with better hearing. Never once in the process did I ever feel I was being sold anything. It was pretty obvious Shannon's only motivation was to explore the best options for me. Ultimately we found the best hearing aids at an extremely competitive price and they are letting me test them risk free for 30 days. The wire broke on one of my hearing aids. They got me in within a couple of hours, fixed it, changed the wire on the other one just in case, cleaned them, and had me out the door in no time. All with a smile. Happy customer.

What an amazing experience! Christy and her staff were absolutely top notch. Attentive, they answered my questions, got my wax build up cleaned out, and got my older hearing aids working so much better. Definitely a more personal approach, their customer service is stellar. Dr. Pitt and his staff have provided me with flawless service for over a decade. Dr. Pitt clearly explains my hearing issues and products in a clear and understandable manner. I find him to be uncommonly patient and thorough among the doctors I see. If possible, I would give more than five stars.
