Very informative, nice people that are working there. I did not feel pressure to purchase however I did get a feeling that it was their hearing aid that was the supreme solution. I needed to do more investigative work and they were respectful of that. My one concern was that they were not very confident in their ability to give me a loaner if I did need to send one or both hearing aids in for repairs. I have a pretty serious hearing impairment and cannot function day to day without them. My experience was very good and seemed like a good fit for me

The staff and doctor were wonderful. The doctor was kind and thorough and the support staff extremely helpful, reached out to follow up when dealing with insurance and filled me in on every step of the process. Just a wonderful group!

Dr Scott was pleasant and thorough with her exam. Her recommended solution has already improved my wellbeing. A phone call helped me set up my hearing aids app on my phone.
The website says Hearing Life is a United Healthcare provider. It is not.

This is one of the most professional loving caring facility that I have been to and will continue going to and referring others. I cannot say enough how great the doctor is and the staff! Always going Far and Beyond the Call of Duty. Being able to hear is most important but having individuals understand the pain and suffering that you go through by losing hearing and not wanting to recognize it or accept it. The doctor is very therapeutic and helping you realize it's not the end of the world that a hearing device just makes things better not just for the individual who suffering from hearing loss but also to the family and friends who wish to have conversations with their loved ones without having to repeat it continuously or you not hearing them and shame to say that you can't hear them. Well I'm here to tell you through testimonial experience that they are all around the best location that you can go to that will not only help you to hear greater in some cases help restore your ability to hear completely. So if you're suffering and don't know which way to turn hearing life will be there for you! Always Lending a great Helping Hand and being so loving and caring at the same time! You must try them because if you deem your hearing is important to you then they're already thinking 100% over what they can do to make it better for you! As always, the staff is very professional and caring. Dr. Scott makes you feel at ease. I used to bring my father to Hearing Life and now I am a patient. I would recommend this clinic to anyone with a need for hearing intervention.
