Melissa Sanders grew up in Star City, Arkansas. She has been a board-certified Hearing Instrument Specialist for 11 years. She was led to the hearing care field while working as a nurse in the memory care field. Melissa’s passion is giving back the gift of hearing all the beautiful sounds in our world to everyone she can. She is licensed as a Hearing Instrument Specialist in Wisconsin and Minnesota, as well as a proctor for the State of Minnesota's Hearing Instrument Department.

When I walked in I was not comfortable with the potential outcome. After thorough discussion & options I left feeling good about the outcome & my future using hearing aids. I was able to make my kind of urgent appt with an actual person who works in the Hastings office, Terese… she knows her stuff … got me in the following day, explained my out of network charges, was great with all my paperwork and very friendly and professional! The new audiologist , Dr Kari C
was knowledgeable, good at explaining and knowing the records I had brought from an earlier ENT /Audiologist appt . They had the battery I needed on hand and were able to quickly solve my problem .
I could not have been more satisfied! Thank you Hearing Life !!!

I have been working with Hearing Life since 2004 when they were Avada Hearing. I've seen a few changes over the years. But I really do appreciate the way they follow through with their clients and back up their products. I'm a firm believer that hearing AIDS need to be checked every 3 to 4 months to make sure they're working properly. Hearing Life Does that and always checks in with me to make sure that things are going okay. I receive regular, friendly phone calls to set up appointments and remind me when my appointments are. This is tremendously helpful for me. Well functioning hearing Aides are essential for me to be able to effectively communicate with my loved ones and for doing the job that I love!
