Hearing life of Rockingham was a great experience. Everyone that works there is so friendly. I brought my patient and her insurance had changed, the woman at the front of the office was so helpful with getting her new info and making sure her appointment when flawless. Thank you!

I will describe my experience in just a moment but the first thing I have to say is that the greeting I received from Trish when I walked through the door was so warm and welcoming and was so comforting, especially in a World where Customer Service seems like a job no one wants…I immediately knew I was in the right place for my hearing needs!
I’d like to say I had heard good things about HearingLife in Rockingham but until my visit with Mark, I didn’t realize how much I hadn’t heard at all.
I am a US Navy Veteran, and proudly served aboard the USS America CV-66…an Aircraft Carrier…I never imagined the damage I’d be doing to my hearing while serving my Country and my Shipmates and I all assumed that the hearing protection we had was sufficient. I started hearing less and just thought it was from aging, and having “Selective Hearing” from being previously married 😉
When arriving for my appointment, there was hardly any wait time at all because Trish schedules so well. Mark came to the lobby to collect me and introduced himself to me with a big smile and proceeded to explain everything that we were fixing to do as we went…there was no unknown and I was comfortable knowing I was in his care!
Mark is extremely attentive and answered my questions and reassured me that I had made the right decision about having my hearing checked. He explained all the options I had available for devices to recover most of my hearing loss. There weren’t any issues with what my insurance would cover and what it wouldn’t…they had done all that for me and not having to worry about that was very refreshing! I received hearing aids and Mark explained everything about them completely and adjusted them to perfection before thanking me for trusting HearingLife with my care. I returned to the lobby and Trish scheduled my follow up appointment for MY best time and convenience, not theirs…She asked if I had any other questions prior to my leaving the office and was just as pleasant during my checkout as she was at my arrival.
People wonder/worry about the cost of going to HearingLife…I’ll tell you how much being able to walk outside the office and hear birds chirping and all the things I hadn’t heard in so many years was to me…getting tears in your eyes because your quality of life improved that quickly after visiting Trish and Mark…Priceless!
