Amanda Hicks, of Gurnee, IL, received the gift of hearing when she was chosen for HearingLife’s Campaign for Better Hearing Give Back Program.
The campaign provides hearing aids for those in need. Hicks has been struggling with hearing loss her entire life, but had difficulty purchasing new hearing aids.
“It's really hard to see people who come in here, who really need hearing aids, who have needed hearing aids for a while, but price becomes a huge concern,” said Priyanka Shetty, Hearing Instrument Specialist.
