Grandfather receives the gift of hearing his granddaughter

This month, the Campaign for Better Hearing’s Give Back Program would like to feature Dennis Greenier. Spending years working in construction and factories took a toll on Dennis’s back and legs, leading him to need numerous surgeries. His work also left Dennis with hearing loss. Dennis is the primary caregiver for his 17-month-old granddaughter, Lily, which makes it that much more important for him to be able to hear and understand her. “I miss out on her little voice,” explains Dennis. “I can hear her but not like I can with these in. These are phenomenal.” Dennis was nominated and fitted by Kimberly Geissler, a Hearing Instrument Specialist at HearingLife’s NY Endwell location.
