Brianne Holley is an experienced, board-certified Hearing Instrument Specialist that began working at HearingLife’s Longview, WA location in 2024. She started her career in the healthcare field in 2008 as a receptionist in an Audiology/Otolaryngology office and was later promoted to Audiology Assistant within the same organization. In 2017, Brianne graduated with honors from the Hearing Instrument Sciences program at Spokane Falls Community College in Washington State. She became board certified in 2023.

In her role as a hearing instrument specialist, she strives to improve customer’s lives by providing better hearing and communication techniques. She takes pride in the exceptional customer care she provides and works diligently to ensure that every customer is heard and cared for.

Brianne, her husband Nick and daughter Tessa, enjoy spending quality time together as a family and exploring the natural beauty that Washington has to offer. They have three dogs named Fred, Jack-Jack and Charlie, and one cat named Nightwing.

Bree and Nick are amazing. Bree has helped my husband so much. She is very patient with him as he has dementia. Nick is wonderful greeting us when we come in, and all the extra things he helps us with while there. If you are in need of hearing aids, HIGHLY recommend Longview’s Hearing Life. My husband and I are so grateful for them.

Nick and Brianna are exceptional! Very professional and went beyond my expectations. My mom didn't like getting hearing aids, but she enjoyed going to her appointments at Hearing Life because of Nick & Brianna's great sense of humor! Thanks again for everything you did for us. I highly recommend Hearing Life if you have an elderly parent that has a difficult time hearing and possibly in denial of any hearing loss.

I have been wearing Oticon aids for many years and have had both good and bad experiences. Spent 10’s of thousands on aids. For the most part I have had good experiences considering the amount of hearing loss I experienced.
It has been a breath of air since Brianne and her husband have taken over the Long View, Wa office.
Bri is a problem solver and have yet to see her give up on difficult issues. She is extremely tenacious, if she can’t figure it out she’s on the phone getting second opinions. She also follows up by phone or text checking to see how it’s going. Giving instructions on fixing some issues that I was able to fix myself. Hearing Life should do everything in there power to keep her there.
I’m giving her 5 stars.

Heating Life in Longview is run by a married couple that do a bang up job. They took the time to assess my hearing situation, which is complicated because my left ear profile is much worse than my right ear.
I now have great hearing aids with ear molds to isolate my ears and properly provide better hearing and conversations are so I can distinguish separate conversations from the background noise. For me, this is a major improvement with great effect.
Service and knowledge of these folks continues to impress me.

I've been having my hearing test @Avada for the last several years. Betty is the utmost professional and just bubbly all the time. Betty schedules the appointments and reminds us of our upcoming appointment.
Bob is kind and very informative. When Bob is Done testing, he provides me details and results pertaining to the hearing test. I posted a few pics of the location and I'm grateful to the great people that work @ Avada. Give them a jingle or stop in and schedule your appointment for a free hearing test.
