Dr. Paula Lamendola is originally from Chinchilla, Pennsylvania, but has been a resident of and practiced audiology on Long Island, NY over the past 35 years. She received her Bachelor of Science and master's degrees from Bloomsburg University, then earned a doctorate degree in Audiology (Au.D.) from A.T. Still University in 2010. Having worked in a private-practice speech and hearing center; a busy ear, nose and throat (ENT) office within the Mount Sinai Doctors–Long Island system; as well as a bustling, multi-office hearing aid dispensing practice; Dr. Lamendola has acquired extensive experience in assessing and treating hearing problems. She is currently licensed to practice audiology in New York, Pennsylvania and Delaware. Dr. Lamendola is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology and is certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).

Savhanna Paul, Au.D., Doctor of Audiology, received her bachelor’s degree in communication sciences and disorders, and her Doctorate in Audiology from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania. As part of her clinical preparation, she completed clinical rotations at Penn State Hershey Medical Center; ENT and Allergy Group of PA; Nemours Children’s Health; and HearingLife in Middletown, DE.

Having worked in various settings, Dr. Paul’s experience has brought her extensive knowledge of the diagnostic processes used to assess and treat hearing problems. She has experience working with pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations in all areas of diagnostic audiology. Dr. Paul has earned a Certificate of Clinical Competency through the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology.

Dr. Paul has served over 10 years with the PA Air National Guard as a C-130 Aircraft Mechanic. She is also passionate about helping fellow veterans receive the hearing care and support they deserve.

I have worn hearing aids for decades. Last pair was out of warranty, so went for hearing test and met with Dr. Savannah Paul. Just picked up my new aids this week. Best brand I have ever used. Dr Paul was patient, answering all questions and explaining clearly all the features. I could not be more pleased with Hearing Life and my new aids!
