Having worked in various roles throughout her career, Megan’s knowledge has brought her extensive experience in the process used to assess and treat hearing and hearing aid related difficulties. Love my new hearing aids. My previous ones were three and a half years old. Noticed the improvement as soon as I put the first one. Megan Roy did an awesome job explaining everything.

I mean this review is a no brainer I walked in n met some nice people n my hearing sucked ,then prob n hour later I walked out n my hearing did not suck ,so pretty much all u can say about that !!! I know the people around me think it's great that I can hear everything they say although sometimes I think I liked it better when I could not hear them lol

Needed new batteries for my rechargeable hearing aids. Got an appointment right away and they were able to put the new batteries in at that time. Very efficient.

Megan was very helpful and very nice but told me that I did not need the appointment. Apparently, there is a communication breakdown between the scheduling guy who called me last week and scheduled my appointment and the office where I showed up.
I agree the receptionist is not a people person. She would be better off in a job where she doesn’t have to deal with the public. She complains if you drop in outside of certain hours and that she might not be there. But she is and makes me uncomfortable. That’s no way to run a business. I’ve been using their services and products for umpteen years but am not looking forward to my annual hearing test in six months now. It’s a cold non welcoming environment.
The note on the door at Boulder point only gives you a number somewhere where they’ve moved. Try to find it! The address numbering system on that highway sucks. I had to ask a UPS driver where the hell they had moved to.
