My hearing aids work awesome now for 2 years and had an issue with one. They got me in next day and repaired it in 5mins for only $25 cause under warranty. The staff is exceptional. Angela is a true professional and really cares about getting things resolved. Easily 5 stars for this place.

Not all Hearing Life centers are the same. The New London NH is not just one of the best audio health facilities I’ve been to, it’s one of the best health facilities I’ve been to of any kind. They are very good at what they do, and it’s easy to see they truly care about their work and their clients. I highly recommend giving them a try.

Was very Happy with Service and professionalism. Dr Shine tested my wife and myself. My hearing was ok but my wife was presented with options for hearing aids (we already knew that she would need them). They had already checked into our insurance so we were presented with options and we're able to make a decision then and there.
