Jaime Giblin is a Board-Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist (BC-HIS) that has been in the hearing care field since 2005. She attended SUNY New Paltz where she graduated with her bachelor’s degree in communication disorders. Working in Endwell since 2007 as a NY-state registered hearing aid dispenser,
she has cultivated long-standing relationships with countless community members. Your best interest is Jaime’s top priority, and once you’ve interacted with her, she will never forget you or the unique qualities you have. Understanding your hearing loss is important to her, as is understanding your hearing
devices. She never hesitates to help someone determine the best settings that suit their lifestyle or demonstrate how to change supplies on devices. It’s the personable actions and small interactions that make Jaime one-of-a-kind. A genuine interest in helping people hear better combined with a positive spirit for engaging with others lend perfectly to her position in the HearingLife community.

Kim Geissler’s journey and passion for helping people with hearing loss began in 2011. Prior to moving to this area, Kim grew up in Towanda, PA before graduating from Lock Haven University in 1991 with a bachelor’s degree in Journalism and a minor in Spanish. Kim’s commitment to helping the local community began when she volunteered in the classroom when her children were growing up. In 2006, she was elected to the Johnson City School Board, where she served a five-year term. Kim has been a licensed and dedicated Hearing Instrument Specialist (HIS) by the State of New York since 2012. She is currently certified to perform hearing evaluations and dispense, and service all brands of hearing aids. Kim has lived in Johnson City, NY for the past 20 years with her husband and four sons. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and being outdoors.
