Karly Tetreault was born and raised in Central Massachusetts. She earned her bachelor’s degree in urban studies and psychology and her post-baccalaureate in communication disorders from Worcester State University. She is a licensed Audiology Assistant and licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist. Prior to her career in the hearing healthcare field, she was a special needs educator for 9 years.

Karly's passion for hearing healthcare comes from her close relationship with her grandmother who struggled with hearing loss and dementia. She personally witnessed the impact hearing loss and dementia has on not only that person, but those around them. She strives to help educate her community on hearing loss and to help improve the quality of their lives. She specializes in evaluating hearing, fitting hearing aids and promoting better hearing health. In her spare time, Karly enjoys traveling, reading, attending concerts and hanging out with her family and friends including her beloved white husky mix, Bo and her cat Ellie.

Dr. Melissa Rea grew up in Upton, MA. She received her Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) degree in 2018 from the University of Connecticut. Dr. Rea completed her undergraduate degree at Worcester State University, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders in 2014. She completed her externship at the Boston VA, where she worked with adult patients, providing a variety of hearing healthcare services. Dr. Rea is passionate about improving the quality of people’s lives by helping them hear better.

Dr. Colwell is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology (FAAA) and earned a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A), awarded by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading books, trying new restaurants, and traveling.
