I went to the office on an emergent basis. My hearing aid done was stuck in my ear. The staff were really kind and got me in immediately to have the dome removed. The technician spent time with me discussing my hearing aid. He made a couple of changes that are working wonderfully for me. The experience was awesome. Thank you Hearing Life.

My 91 yo Dad is in a local nursing home. He got his hearing aids from the VA center in another part of the state. When Dad told me his hearing aids were not working, I took them to Dan Geer to be checked out. It was obvious they at least needed a good cleaning. That was Friday afternoon.
Dan instantly noticed differences between the 2 devices and knew the best way to address the problem and test them (other than the cleaning) was in person with Dad.
I never expected this level of concern and care but Dan strongly suggested we visit Dad the very next morning, on a Saturday and on his own time, at the nursing home, where he re-fitted the hearing aids and got them all cleaned up and working just like new. It's very clear that Dan is passionate about his craft and his patients, even those who didn't buy their hearing aids from him.
He might not like me to say this, but when I asked about the cost he said "no charge". The cost of material was just a few dollars, he said, and the "house call" to see my Dad was just how he does business.
I can't recommend more highly Hearing Life of Norwich and Dan Geer for any hearing aid need.
