Dr. Lauren Reale holds a Bachelor's, Master's, and Doctor of Audiology degree from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania, as well as a Master's in Health Administration from Saint Joseph's University in Philadelphia. Her clinical training includes experience at Veterans Affairs Medical Center, an ENT physician's office, and a private audiology practice, where she provided comprehensive diagnostic and rehabilitative audiology services to individuals of all ages, from newborns to seniors.

With over 22 years of experience as a clinical audiologist, Dr. Reale specializes in tinnitus management, hearing aid fittings and verification, evaluations for veterans, cochlear implant candidacy assessments, and community outreach programs. She is currently licensed in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania, is a Fellow member of the American Academy of Audiology, and holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.

Dr. Reale is dedicated to providing personalized care, placing a strong emphasis on actively listening to individuals' needs. She believes in the importance of educating people about hearing health, fostering informed and collaborative decision-making to enhance overall quality of life.

Sharon A. Stoor, BC-HIS, ACA, has specialized in fitting hearing aids, aural rehabilitation and counseling since 1986. She received a B.A. in Speech, Language and Hearing Sciences from Douglass College, is nationally board-certified and has completed coursework through the American Conference of Audioprosthology. Throughout her career, Sharon has been an instrumental part of a pilot program on digital hearing instruments. Sharon is committed to enhancing the communication abilities through education, advanced hearing instrument technology and quality care.
