When I say the best customer service, I had I mean that the people was nice in the area, Jack had to do the front desk and test and did a great job I love that they help the public.

Took my cousin to the Brookfield location and met Jack, hearing specialist, who was running the entire office himself and very efficiently. He greeted clients promptly, answered phones and took care of patients. It’s our loss that he isn’t usually assigned to the Brookfield location. Took an incredible amount of time with testing my cousin and answered all of our questions. Incredibly nice and very professional. Thank you Jack! You are the only reason why we stayed with HearingLife. You fixed issues that other specialists at other locations couldn’t handle (Waukesha and Oconomowoc).
