Personally, John has been married for more than 38 years with two wonderful children. He is a huge fan of the Green Bay Packers, the Milwaukee Bucks and Brewers, but still has an affinity for his childhood love of the New York Yankees. John has many hobbies including roasting his own coffee beans, car repair, writing and cooking.

John and staff are kind, caring, and extremely helpful. Very knowledgeable about hearing instruments, repairs and accessories. My experience there has always been positive.

I'm happy with the hearing Aides but customer service is bad. I needed domes. I called to confirm the office hours and was told they were open daily until 5pm. Drove up there (14 miles) and they were closed. Called to find out why, was told that audiologist was going on to get her degree and would only be in the office on Fridays from 3:30-4:30pm if I needed supplies. The following Friday we drove up there only to find them closed again. There was a note this time and a number to call. We were told they decided to leave early that day. But they offered to mail the domes to me. I received one partial package, 4 domes were missing, and it came postage due. So not only did I make two wasted trips to Oconomowoc but I pretty much got ripped off on that pkg of domes also.

The 1st part of this post was written during the pandemic. I never posted. It. I could erase it but I thought, no, I wanted people to know how bad their service WAS.

I have been back twice since then. The office has a new audiologist. He is very nice, thorough with his explanations on how your hearing/ears work, he takes the time to really talk to you about your hearing problems. I do recommend them now. I'm very happy with the change of staff in their office.
