Chelsea Poffenberger started working in the healthcare field in 2015. She previously worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant where she developed a strong sense of patient care and compassion. She continued with this work while studying for her Bachelor of Science in Biology at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. A few months after graduating in May of 2017 she started working in the hearing health world at Hart Hearing Care Centers. She then furthered her licensure by obtaining her Board Certification.

Chelsea loves being involved in helping patients as a Hearing Instrument Specialist where she can enhance people’s lives through hearing health. Chelsea is part of the Assisted Living Program, enabling her to test, program and dispense hearing instruments to more than 30 communities.

I've been wearing hearing aids for over 30 years, I've been to hospitals with audiologist, independent hearing aid specialist, Costco etc. None of them come close to HART'S quality and OUTSTANDING customer support and service. I had a problem with my connect clip, (which came with their hearing aid package) went to the hospital, they charged me $80 and took an hour to figure out the solution, the problem reocurred a month later and they wanted another $80 to fix it again. I then walked into the HART location in Delafield, Wisconsin and Chelsea fixed the problem in under 5 minutes, no charge and even wrote brief instructions for me to fix it if it reocurred. I said when I get new hearing I'm getting them here, my aids we 7 years old and we agreed that it was time to upgrade. The service is great before and AFTER the sale. Also the price was $2000 less than the hospital price of 7 years ago.

They are very Friendly and knowledgeable. I was having trouble with my hearing aids staying in place. They figured it out where the other 3 places I went to didn’t. So glad I found them.

I needed an adjustment to my new Intent hearing aids and Chelsea fit me into her schedule and made the adjustment in 5 minutes. The Hart organization at all three locations helped me get the adjustment. Thank you all!

Chelsea is an exceptional technician who knows her job and can explain everything so well. I gave four stars because I was unaware that my charges would be so high and I would have appreciated knowing this ahead of my visit. In the end it all worked out fine.
