Dr. Eileen Nagy grew up in Worcester, Massachusetts, but has been living in the greater Capital Region for almost 15 years collectively. She joined our practice in 2015 and works in the Saratoga Springs location. Dr. Nagy received her Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the College of Saint Rose in 2011. She then attended the University of Pittsburgh, where she received her Master of Arts degree in 2014, followed by her doctorate degree in Audiology (Au.D.) in 2015. Dr. Nagy is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology (FAAA) and licensed in audiology plus hearing aid dispensing in New York State.

Jessica Reitz grew up in Central Square, New York. She has been a practicing audiologist for nearly 5 years, working in several different settings in the world of audiology before joining Madison Saratoga Hearing Centers (now HearingLife) in 2024. Jessica received her Bachelor of the Arts degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh in 2016, before going on to complete her Doctorate of Audiology at Syracuse University in 2020.

Jessica grew up with more than half of her immediate and extended family members having varying degrees and types of hearing loss. This, accompanied by her varied experience in audiology, helped Jessica accumulate extensive experience in the diagnostic process used to assess and treat hearing and communication difficulties. Jessica also provides support and guidance for the social, emotional and other health effects that hearing loss can have on patients and family members alike. Jessica is licensed in audiology and hearing aid dispensing. She is also a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.

Margrette "Maggie" Ferrara has lived in the Saratoga Springs, NY area all her life. She has studied at Hudson Valley Community College and completed her clinical training at HearingLife with one of their top audiologists. Through the completion of the apprentice program at HearingLife, Maggie became a licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist. She has been with the company since 2012 and has worked in both the Saratoga Springs and Castleton locations.

Maggie brings her passion for helping people, kindness and sincerity to HearingLife. She has been involved in helping people for more than 20 years in many different aspects of the medical/healthcare field. Maggie uses her knowledge of this profession to help find solutions for her customers.

When she is not working, Maggie spends time with her two children, her husband and a variety of animals she has adopted. She also enjoys the outdoors and new adventures.

Victoria (Tori) Levy is originally from Buffalo, NY. Tori has gained audiology experience in multiple states, including Ohio, Florida, and Texas. She is very happy to be back in NY State for the long haul. Tori received her B.S. in Communication Disorders & Sciences from SUNY at Fredonia in December 2016 and her Doctorate of Audiology from the Northeast Ohio Au.D. Consortium (University of Akron) in May 2021. Tori has special interest in vestibular disorders and diagnostics and has received training from the American Institute of Balance through one of their Centers of Specialty Care clinics. Patient care and education are especially important to Tori and she looks forward to helping the Capital District with their hearing and balance needs.
