Patricia Landvatter was born and raised on her family’s dairy farm in Kewaskum, Wis. and still lives there today. Starting in February of 2002, Patricia worked as an office manager for a small private hearing aid practice. In 2005, she passed the Wisconsin state boards as a Hearing Instruments Specialist.

Patricia has been in the West Bend area for almost 20 years working with the hearing impaired. She has had the opportunity to gain experience in hearing instrument sciences, a variety of hearing instruments, and hearing loss. Patricia enjoys having dedicated time to spend with people and their families to reach a common goal of enhancing the communication process.

Over the years of working with people with hearing impairment, she discovered that each person is truly an individual and strives to help them reach their goals in better hearing.

I was extremely impressed with the service and professionalism of the audiologist. She was thorough and explained everything very well. I was convinced with the results of the test that I definitely needed hearing aids for the type of hearing loss I was experiencing. They just happened to have the right hearing aid that I needed in stock and she was able to get them ready and show me how to use them when we came back later in the day. I went home with the hearing aids and have enjoyed them for five days with no difficulties. So grateful that my daughter recommended hearing life to me.

Brandy and Amanda are truly the BEST!!! My wife and I went in for minor hearing issues. Which turned out to be 'NOTHING'.
Amanda, at the front desk, was FANTASTIC. She knew the best way to keep my wife and I calm about the test.
I do have to say we were a little bit tense about the test. I spent many years not being the most nice to my hearing. My wife just couldn't hear me quite so well. (Turns out she just can't hear me.)
The testing wasn't nearly as scary as we imagined. Brandy did a phenomenal job of easing our fears. She walked us through the entire process in a calm and easy to understand language.
Once the testing was done, both Amanda and Brandy explained the results and gave us tips on helping keep our hearing from going bad. Both ladies are a pleasure to talk to and a treasure to the company. We will be back for testing in the future if we need too. It's scary to think that your hearing is going bad as you get older but nice to know that the test isn't as scary as we feared. As far as the office location goes, it is in beautiful West Bend just a few minutes off the highway and downtown.
